The famous pair chain-smoked their way through lunch at a beachside cafe on the Balearic island, where both are holidaying with mutual friend, retail tycoon Sir Philip Green. After touring the Balearics with her family, Kate reunited with Sir Philip - who she was spotted dining with last week - who is now hosting Sly and his large family.
