I'm looking for a good earphone with mic for my iphone 4 and since I like the designs of the tangled-free flat cables, I've short listed these 3 earphones: Monster Beats Tour by Dr. Dre, A-jays Four, and Ultimate Ears 500vi/400vi.
Has anyone compared these 3 earphones before? I've seen one comparison between Tour vs. A-Jays Four but not convincing enough for me to decide between these two :/

I have a white iPhone 4, so i'll tell you about my experience.
Mine doesn't work, but it's an easy fix. I haven't bothered though.
It works fine.
It is not, but the proximity sensor doesn't work on more conversions than the earpiece not working.
The camera is fine. Even the flash is fine.

the processor is celeron.
the computer does come with a working battery that holds 46 min. of charge as well, as an extra battary cover, a phone cord, and ethernet cord, the power adapter, an external mouse., and if I can find it, a copy of windows ME will also be included. This computer has been very well taken care of by me, but I switched to mac, so I don't need this anymore :)

Why the hell are schools buying ipads? No wonder my property taxes are through the roof!
Because they are cheaper, more functional, lighter, more secure and easier to distribute information, than a traditional dell laptop most schools would carry

I drove by the Leawood Apple Store, but opted for BestBuy at 119th & Metcalf. I was number 19 in line and got exactly what I wanted. White 64 GB WiFi 3G AT&T.

SafariSpeed definitely did the trick! Thanks for your help. Why would they have incorporated a delay in page load on purpose?
I've tweaked Camino some so it works better, and since they seem pretty much the same except for some differences in appearance, I'll probably play around with them for a while and decide.
The Safarish theme suggested is still very buggy (e.g., the find bar is huge), so it looks like I'll be ditching Firefox and just picking up a RSS reader. By "TBE doesn't work properly" I mean that half of the options don't show up in preferences.

Not trying to steal interest from this board, but check out Spymac's newest offerings. It's almost a literal free .mac package. I've signed up and don't plan on renewing .mac (I made the decision not to renew long before Spymac).

Gael Monfils- I meant I tried all types of reboot and also several restore from iTunes.
- It is not the apps that I thought was causing it. After removing the apps that were updated it is still happening, BUT -- I now can clear it usually after one or more hard reset (power+home+10secs).
- I also notice that the touch screen is getting a little less responsive -- I use NoteTaker HD and can tell the difference when I am writing.
- I wonder if it is due to environmental changes? It is getting warmer and dryer here in the East coast. I also have a screen protector on it but that was installed weeks ago. (BSE) But I hate to peel it off to test at this point.
Really no one else is having this problem?

If you aren't buying it now, then your only option is to wait. When you have the money, then take a new look at the buyer's guide to see if there are any new news about the ACD.
also, im just curious, what can apple improve?

Gael Monfils in the thirdLast time I jailbrok was my 3G, Now I have an i4 with 4.3.2 and when they went untethered recently I jailbroke.
I havent used many themes long enough to be sure, so this might just be the theme I'm using. However with the Aquarium theme, and I suspect many others, every day I get several banner ads that pop up in the background, behind the icons.
What the heck is the deal with that? I don't need what should be a static background image pulling web content to serve me up ads.
Is this a thing the developer of the theme controls, is it a consequence of having the jailbreak, or something else?
More importantly how do I turn it off.
I searched the forum but could not find a thread that covered this.

I have an old LC 575 that I'm using for mostly playing games and some word processing, no internet, though. I'm wondering if I should upgrade from 7.5.5 to 7.6 or from 7.5.5 to 8.0. I'm probably going to pick up 32mb of RAM soon, so I'm ready for any OS to be on it.
Any thoughts?
You'll probably get different answers but my opinion would be that unless the game requires it, don't upgrade to a later system.

Well, as I mentioned, I plan to get a machine of my own soon -- either a friend's iBook, or one of the PowerMac G4s (they're quite a good deal now). So looks like I won't have problems with Panther :). However, I asked a Mac reseller today whether I have to fork out the full price for Panther if I buy a new G4 now. They said "probably yes", because they are not aware of any rebates yet :(.
power support makes by far the best dry install protectors out there. I too don't like wet install kits, and all other dry installs besides power support are less sturdy...often having tears in the protector before you even install it

Quality would be ok for decent frame rates. The higher the res, the lower the frame rates and the 27" iMac has a very high res. My son runs battlefield on his 2007 iMac, just barely. New ones should be much better.
So when are most people lining up for keynote? Maybe we should have another poll for that. My hotel is about 5 blocks away, I guess I'll be walking? or are there decent parking garages open early? (yes, I'm from LA, we drive anything more than 0.5 blocks)
Anyone willing to take shifts in line? Is the line outdoors or indoors? 10 day weather forecast from weather.com says no rain.
