The 31-year-old Oscar-nominated actress and her Muse frontman eyed the 5 acre estate in Malibu, which features panoramic ocean views, 5 bedrooms, 9 baths, a guest house, pool pavilion, tennis court, horse corral, a media room, a gym, a guest suite above the garage and a huge playroom.

The upstairs features an incredible master suite with ocean views and luxurious spacious bathroom and dressing room, plus three additional bedrooms suites.
