I have no idea what rock I’ve been living under for the past X number of months, because I had no idea that Modern War Gear Solid even existed (which only recently added Master Chief to the mix). Here’s the latest installment, part 5… I also love how Modern Gear looks sorta like that thing that graces the cover to Fallout 3. There are probably loads more Fallout references that I’m missing due to not being super familiar with the game, though I had no problems spotting the Final Fantasy gag (like that's something to be pround of, I realize). To catch up like I currently am, simply head on over to this YouTube page. You’ll also find various other clips; I also kinda liked this one about the Street Fighter live-action movies… … It’s kind of pathetic how perfectly they summed up that Chun-Li flick so perfection. |

So you’ll excuse me for missing arguably the greatest stare down in the history of organized fighting/martial arts. Meet Felice Herrig and Nicdali Rivera-Calanoc who will face-off tonight in XFO 39. Felice is the hot blonde in the booty shorts and has a 4-3 record. The nice young strapping lady in the dress is Rivera-Calanoc who is 7-4. | VIDEO: Exercise ball joust sends kid flying through a door Posted: 13 May 2011 01:30 PM PDT Without knowing any specifics, this video seems like the drunkest, fraternitytastic video ever captured; in it, two young men joust for alpha dog status using exercise balls. One is left standing…one goes flying through a door.
In these kids’ defense, who would have guessed that two blown-up, difficult to control, bouncy pieces of plastic would have induced a reaction that sends someone flying? Oh, everyone? Well then. There should be a “Bill Nye the Science Guy” app that just tells these kids what’s a good idea and what isn’t. Like you put in “joust” and “Swiss exercise balls” and then Nye goes on a 60 second rant explaining why you’re an idiot. Like you wouldn’t buy this. [Thanks for the tip, Garfield] |
